By accessing or using EPSILON services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms below.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.
EPSILON grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software and services only for personal use and only while your account is in good standing and you hold a valid, active license for the applicable product.
You do not acquire any ownership interest in our launcher, bootstrap components, mods, tools, or related materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by EPSILON. Access is tied to your account credentials and license key; sharing, sublicensing, or reselling that access is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing accounts or reselling access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
Licenses are bound to hardware identifiers (HWID) and/or device fingerprints collected at login or launch. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, one license equals one machine. Using the same license on additional devices without authorization is a violation of these terms.
HWID resets are granted at our sole discretion through support. Abuse of reset requests, attempted spoofing to circumvent limits, or repeated binding violations may result in permanent suspension. No refunds are issued once a license has been activated or bound to a device.
Access length depends on the product purchased (e.g. monthly, time-limited, or lifetime as described on the store page at the time of sale). When a subscription or license period expires, access ends automatically until renewed or a new license is purchased.
We may revoke access immediately, without refund, for violations of these terms, fraud, chargebacks, security abuse, or misuse of our software—regardless of remaining subscription time or lifetime status.
All sales are final. Refunds are issued only in cases where the product is demonstrably non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of report.
Products are delivered through the EPSILON Launcher and secure bootstrap components downloaded from our website or authorized endpoints. You agree that delivery may require downloads, updates, and periodic re-authentication.
We may patch, update, replace, or discontinue any product, feature, or download channel at any time without prior notice. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the launcher, bootstrap services, or game-specific tools.
Prices may be displayed in USD or other fiat equivalents for convenience. You may pay with cryptocurrency (including via BTCPay) or with card/crypto through NOWPayments. When paying by card, NOWPayments may purchase cryptocurrency on your behalf and settle funds to EPSILON automatically. Crypto transactions are final once confirmed on-chain. We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong address, wrong asset, wrong network, or incorrect amount.
Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes filed after delivery, or attempts to reverse legitimate charges will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from our services without refund.
EPSILON is offered on a closed beta / early access basis. You should expect bugs, incomplete features, breaking changes, account or license resets, data loss, and service interruptions. No service-level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee applies during beta.
By participating in beta, you agree to provide feedback when requested and accept that your access, licenses, or data may change or be wiped as we develop the platform.
Our products are designed and intended exclusively for single-player use and environments without anti-cheat protection. We do not condone—and expressly prohibit—the use of our products on any service protected by anti-cheat software, including but not limited to Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC), Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), BattlEye, Ricochet, and similar systems.
By creating an account, you acknowledge that you will only use our products in permitted environments and accept full responsibility for any misuse.
EPSILON is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or platform, including but not limited to Valve, Bohemia Interactive, Facepunch, Ubisoft, or their respective anti-cheat partners.
You are solely responsible for compliance with each game’s Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. Use of our products may result in permanent bans, suspensions, or other penalties from third parties. EPSILON accepts no liability for actions taken by publishers, platform holders, or anti-cheat providers against your accounts.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and all associated licenses at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraud, shared access, abused HWID resets, attacked our infrastructure, or attempted to crack or redistribute our bootstrap or launcher components.
Upon termination, your right to use EPSILON software ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions) will remain in effect.
By creating an account, logging in, downloading our launcher, or using any EPSILON service, you enter a binding confidentiality agreement. You agree not to disclose, publish, leak, or share non-public information about EPSILON—including software internals, security measures, bootstrap flows, pricing discussions, staff communications, or unreleased features—without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to bring or participate in lawsuits, class actions, or similar legal proceedings against EPSILON, its operators, affiliates, and staff arising from your use of our services, including claims related to account bans, HWID binding, product performance, beta instability, third-party game penalties, or termination of access.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using our services. Where waiver is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.
EPSILON is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to account suspensions, data loss, or hardware issues.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
